Because our products are personalised and custom-made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer error (e.g., typos provided by you).
  • Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please email stationabbyy@gmail.com within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Resolutions: If a fault is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
